Steve Umbelina
Lisgar Development Ltd. gained a business advantage by adding Steve Umbelina to the team in 2004. As Operations Manager,
his role is to oversee the maintenance of the company’s portfolio. Steve has also acquired the System’s Maintenance Administrator
Certificate and the System’s Maintenance Technician Certificate, both from the BOMI Institute. Along with Steve’s continuous
pursuit of education, he brings with him over eighteen years of building operations experience, gained at CREIT, Redcliff
Realty Management and Oxford Developments.
Gerry de la Rosa, B.Sc.(CE)
Gerry is the Project Manager, overseeing the construction of all tenant improvements/buildouts. As a graduate of the
University of Santo Tomas, Manila with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree, Gerry is currently pursuing
a P. Eng. designation. He brings with him over twenty-four years of project management experience, from tenant build-outs
to multi-million dollar projects. Prior to joining Lisgar, Gerry held senior management positions with major real
estate and financial companies such as Unionbank of the Philippines, Bank of the Philippine Islands, ICCP Land Management and Ayala Investment & Development
Corporation.
Teresa Logan, BA, CMA
Teresa is the Controller, responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, internal controls and administration.
A graduate of McMaster University, with a BA majoring in Economics and a Certified Management Accountant, Teresa joined
Lisgar Development Ltd. in 2002 in the accounting/administration area. With over 16 years of progressive accounting
experience, along with a strong background in the maintenance/construction rebuild industry, Teresa brings a strong
element to the Lisgar Development Ltd. team.
